GENTRY COUNTY —A Missouri teen was injured in an accident just after 3p.m. Wednesday in Gentry County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2015 Chevy Cruz driven by a 16-year-old King City boy was southbound on U.S. 169 one half mile south of Stanberry.
The vehicle rear-ended a 2020 Chevy 1500 driven by Gregory E. Dias, 65, Stanberry, who had slowed to make a turn into a private drive.
Grand River EMS transported the teen to Mosaic Life Care. Dias was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
