JUNE 4, 2022

 

Deputies received a report of an unattended death in the town of Otis. The coroner took over the scene.

JUNE 5, 2022

 

Deputies were dispatched to a possible missing person in the Prewitt area. A female took off walking from a campsite after an argument and hadn’t been seen in about three-and-a-half hours. Deputies arrived on scene and located the female. She was given a courtesy ride to Brush so she could arrange a ride home.

 

Deputies received a report of two storage units at 8th and Grand in the town of Akron that had been broken into. The victims didn’t see anything missing and the case is under investigation.

 

JUNE 6, 2022

 

Deputies received a report of an electronic transaction of fraud in the Lindon area. The case is under investigation.

 

JUNE 8, 2022

 

Deputies received a report of an electric pole that was hit by a tractor in the area of County Road JJ and County Road 4. The case is under investigation.

 

Deputies were called to assist Department of Human Services with a possible domestic. After further investigation, deputies arrested Joshua Perry on charges of 1st degree assault and domestic violence. Mr. Perry was taken to the Washington County Justice Center and later released on a $15,000.00 PR Bond.

 

Deputies were dispatched to a possible domestic in the 37000 block of County Road 32. Deputies arrived on scene, and after further investigation, it was determined nothing criminal had occurred.

 

JUNE 9, 2022

 

Deputies observed a code enforcement violation in the 400 block of Date Avenue in the town of Akron. The property owner was given a warning.
