(KTTS News) — A judge in Polk County has sentenced a man to 30 years in prison for a chase that left a Greene County deputy injured.
Seth Hay was sentenced for a chase in December, 2020, on Highway 13.
He hit a patrol car, sending it into Greene County Sheriff’s Lieutenant Steve Westbrook.
The impact threw him 50 feet, leaving him with broken bones and head injuries.
