Broadway star returns to Hilliard for a special tribute honoring Judy Garland.

The Jess & Judy: A Tribute to Judy Garland is on Saturday, June 11. at 7 p.m. at the Hilliard Darby Performing Arts Center Hilliard Arts Council with proceeds going towards the Hilliard Education Foundation.
