Today’s Wyoming sunrise at Oiler Field in Midwest, Wyoming was taken by Phil LeMaitre.
Phil writes: “While taking photos in the Midwest-Edgerton area, which one could become the cover of my latest fiction novel, I stopped at Oiler Field for a sunrise shot over the school.
“What strikes me most about the photo is that Midwest High was the first in the nation to host a nighttime football game under the lights. Over the last 97 years, the Oilers have personified the term of ‘Friday Night Lights.'”
