NASCAR champion Greg Biffle puts waterfront Florida home on market for $3.1 million

Semi-retired NASCAR champion Greg Biffle is looking to pull away from the Ft. Lauderdale pack. He just listed his waterfront home in the South Florida city for $3.1 million.

Biffle purchased the home just two years ago for $1.3 million and now he's scratching that price and reversing it in the midst of a booming real estate market.  The listing notes that Biffle doesn't current live in the home and has been using it as an income-generating property.

The 2,300 square foot home boasts four bedrooms and three baths and sits along a canal in the Bermuda Riviera neighborhood. The home is just blocks from the beach and the canal is dredged deep enough to allow yachts. Biffle's own yacht can be seen in the photos.
