Watch Mötley Crüe’s Vince Neil Talk Music Stories with Sammy Hagar

On the June 1 episode of Rock and Roll Road Trip with Sammy Hagar, the Red Rocker visits Vince Neil of Mötley Crüe at his home in Nashville, Tennessee and talked about the latest update with his life and the band.

When Hagar asked Neil if Mötley Crüe is really done, the singer said:

“Yeah, Crue’s completely done. But you know I’m not doing anything different that I haven’t done before you know when Crue wasn’t touring, I always went on tour with my solo band.”

When asked if Neil likes to be a solo artist better than with the band, he said:

“I’ve been with the same guys for like 10 years, so it doesn’t feel like I’m a solo artist because it’s the same guys.”

Then Neil showed Hagar around the house. The host asked Neil how is his relationship with the other Crue members, he said:

“I talked to Nikki just the other day. Tommy always wished me happy birthday. Mick actually lives here in Nashville, but I don’t hear from him.”
