HOBBS, N.M. — The City of Hobbs Animal Adoption Center and Lea County Humane Society are offering free adoptions on all dogs that have been in the facility since January and February.
The center said there are no other options for placement at this time.
People will have to go directly to the center to fill out an adoption application. More information can be found on their Facebook page.
