The Nebraska Banker's Association is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to the apprehension of a suspect following recent bank robberies -- one of which was in Geneva last Friday.
The Fillmore County Sheriff's Office says a suspect wearing a face mask entered Heartland Bank in Geneva and gave a note to the teller. The teller reportedly handed over the money and the person left.
It is unknown how much money the suspect got away with, but law enforcement says they did not use a weapon.
The suspect is described as a very tall, white male around 6 foot, four inches, short dark hair, thin build, wearing a dark sweatshirt and blue jeans.
The case is currently under investigation and comes jut two weeks after another bank robbery in York.
