Tazewell County coroner identifies man who died in a motorcycle accident

EAST PEORIA – A 40-year-old Stark County man died in a motorcycle accident in East Peoria late Saturday night.

Adam Decker, of Wyoming, was pronounced dead by Tazewell County Coroner Charles Hanley at 1 a.m. Sunday, following a collision with a pickup truck that happened shortly before midnight on Saturday in the 4200 block of North Main Street.

An autopsy Monday determined the cause of death to be multiple blunt force injuries, according to a news release issued by the Tazewell County Coroner’s Office.
