Democratic candidate Brooke Lierman is ahead in the race for State Comptroller according to a poll released today in the Baltimore Sun.
Voters surveyed in a poll for Baltimore Sun Media and the University of Baltimore are mostly undecided in the Democratic primary race for State Comptroller at 52%.
The poll finds Lierman in the lead with 28% of the vote over Timothy Adams with 19%.
On the Republican side, Harford County Executive Barry Glassman is running unopposed.
The winner in November will take the place of the current comptroller, Peter Franchot, who is a Democratic candidate for governor.
