Paul Wight on How Much Brock Lesnar Intimidated People Backstage in WWE
– During a recent interview with Submission Radio, AEW talent and broadcaster Paul Wight spoke about how intimidating Brock Lesnar was backstage in WWE after he returned to the company following his stint in the UFC. Paul Wight stated the following (per Wrestling Inc.):
“I always tease Brock when I see him, I say he’s got the best backstage game since Hulk Hogan. … I would see Brock walk in the buildings when he came back after the UFC stuff and people would flatten themselves against the walls because like, they were so intimidated by Brock, and Brock is a great guy. He’s one of the most honest people you’ll ever meet in your life because if he likes you, he likes you and if he don’t, he just doesn’t mess with you.”
After his run in UFC, where he became the organization’s heavyweight champion, Brock Lesnar made his return to WWE in April 2012, just eight years after his last match the company at WrestleMania 20.
