Authorities charged a doctor with a felony after police said he drugged a woman at an Oklahoma City hotel bar.The victim told police she met with Kamran Massoumi, an ophthalmologist based in Elk City, at a downtown hotel bar. She drank from a glass he gave her, officials said.Court documents say the two went up to a hotel room, and the woman started to feel dizzy and sick. She called a friend who picked her up.Investigators said surveillance video from the bar shows Massoumi pouring a substance into the drink before the victim showed up.
