Jeannie Mai introduces fans to baby Monaco 5 months after her birth

Say hello to baby Monaco.

Jeannie Mai finally introduced fans to her 5-month-old daughter on Thursday.

“[This] might be the most exciting episode I’ve ever had here on Hello Hunnay. It’s time to share the most amazing, exciting, newest member of the Hello Hunnay family,” she said on the latest episode of her YouTube series.

“You’re going to meet someone very, very special in my life. Somebody new, somebody shiny, somebody who smells so good, like, 5 months old good.”

Before pics and videos of Monaco appeared onscreen, Mai told fans to please excuse her “nerves” as she gets “really scared, guarded and protected” over the sweet baby girl she shares with husband Jeezy.

“Fam, there’s no way I could just sit here and tell you about the amazing, magical, phenomenal human being that has entered my life,” she added. “So let me show you.”

During another portion of the video, Mai also admitted that “the new mom anxiety is real,” and that she “wasn’t prepared” for postpartum depression.

“Here I am going through postpartum with worries, with heart palpitations, with an inability to sleep, and I was like, ‘I’m not depressed; I’m actually super stoked and happy, but I’m worried and really anxious and fidgety,’ and I didn’t know what it was,” she explained.

“Now that I know what it is, I still get anxiety attacks, but I’m aware that it’s just a phase.”

Mai first announced the happy news that she and Jeeezy — born Jay Wayne Jenkins — were parents in an Instagram post on Jan. 11.

“I asked God for a life of love and happiness. He sent me my family. Baby Jenkins is here 🍼❤️,” the daytime talk show host gushed.

Mai revealed her baby girl’s name one week later, and announced her gender on an episode of “The Real.” Co-host Adrienne Bailon explained the significance of the moniker Monaco.

“Three years ago, Jeezy and Jeannie were talking on a bridge in France, talking about what it meant to do life together,” Bailon explained.

“Here they decided to grow and raise a family together. Hence, they named their child after the city that changed their lives forever: Monaco Mai Jenkins.”
