Joaquin Castro says 'no child should have to return to the scene'

SAN ANTONIO - San Antonio Congressman Joaquin Castro who represents District20 tweeted on Sunday, how parents are worried about children going back to Robb Elementary.

He says no child should have to return to the scene of this tragedy.
He says along with state and federal leaders, he will work to get Uvalde the money it needs to build a new school.
It's unclear if there are any plans to leave Robb Elementary in place or whether it will be razed.
