After a rather forgettable 2021 season, it looks like Jim Harbaugh and the Baltimore Ravens are ready to bounce back in 2022.

Not only is Lamar Jackson returning to full health after missing the last three games of the season, but the Ravens' defense is also showing signs of life that has Harbaugh excited.

“I feel really good about that group back there, I mean really good about the secondary personnel-wise,” coach Harbaugh said following Thursday's practice, per NFL.com.

The Ravens' secondary received a huge blow in 2021 after a number of injuries to their key players. After being one of the better defensive teams in the NFL over the past few years, they ended up with one of the worst defenses in the league.

In fact, they allowed the most passing yards with 4,742, further highlighting their defensive woes that marred the whole campaign. They ended up missing the postseason, finishing dead last in the AFC North with an 8-9 record.

As the NFL report noted, the Ravens improved their defense this offseason with the addition of Kyle Hamilton, Marcus Williams and Kyle Fuller. They also got back Tony Jefferson to make sure their defense remains as deep as ever when everyone is healthy.

Sure enough, Jim Harbaugh likes what he is seeing from his secondary. Hopefully, it'll result to more wins for the Ravens come the new season.
