Pickford High announces its 2022 high honor students

PICKFORD — Pickford Public Schools has announced its 2022 high honor graduate students.

Elizabeth Irene Storey

Elizabeth Irene Storey, daughter of Jason and Barbra Storey, will be graduating first in her class with a 4.0 grade point average. 

Storey has participated in several school sports and clubs through her high school career, including varsity volleyball, varsity basketball, varsity track, varsity softball, varsity soccer, FCCLA, student government, National Honor Society and the Superior Storm volleyball club team.

Storey will be attending Albion College in the fall to study pre-dentistry to further a career in orthodontics or oral and maxillofacial surgery.

"Something I would like to share with my fellow graduates is to always work hard and be the best version of yourself you can be and remember that hard work will always pay off," Storey said.

Kain Reinhardt

Kain Reinhardt, son of Kevin Starr, Raeann Starr, and Robert Reinhardt, will be graduating with a grade point average of 4.0 and the rank of highest honors in his class.

Reinhardt participated in golf, track, Quiz Bowl and debate while attending Pickford High School.

Reinhardt plans to attend college for computer science and become a system administrator.

Kennedy Grace Guild

Kennedy Grace Guild, daughter of Norman and Marci Guild, is graduating in the third rank in her class with a grade point average of 3.96.

Guild participated in many group activities and clubs while in high school, including basketball, volleyball, softball, track and field, debate team, National Honor Society, yearbook and student council.

In the fall, Guild will be attending Aquinas College to study pre-dentistry and play basketball. 

"As we take the next steps of our journey, best wishes fellow graduates of the Class of 2022," Guild said.

Pickford Public Schools will celebrate commencement at 2 p.m. on May 28.
