The Padres came from behind to beat the Pirates 4-3 on Friday night. The Padres fell behind early, as Bryan Reynolds hit a solo homer in the 1st inning and Pittsburgh added on 2 more runs in the 4th. San Diego trailed 3-0 in the 6th, when Luke Voit evened the score with one swing of the bat, swatting his 3rd home run of the season. In the bottom of the 8th, Wil Myers put the Friars on top with an RBI-single, and Taylor Rogers closed things out with a 1-2-3 9th inning. Game 2 between the Padres and Pirates will be Saturday night at 7:10.
