Update: Two 7-month-olds, 5-year-old last seen in Mobile found safe

MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — Mobile Police say three children who were reported missing and believed to be in our area have been found safe.

Police say they have been found safe with their mother.

ORIGINAL STORY:

The Mobile Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating Brenn May Forrister, Gunnar Ray Forrister, and 5-year-old Layla Grace Fiero. Brenn Forrister is a 7-month-old white female and Gunnar Ray Forrister is a 7 month old white male.

They were last seen on May 25, 2022, in the area of Cottage Hill Road in Mobile, Alabama.

They are believed to be with their mother CiCi Forrister and are possibly traveling in a silver 200 Oldsmobile Silhouette with no tag.

Cici and Richard Forrister separated on May 10. 2022.

According to and emergency restraining order petition filed in Arkansa court, “Defendant [Cici Forrister], without warning, took the children out of state to stay with a man in Alabama. The minor children do not know this man, nor did the defendant prior to moving there, yet the defendant has said person keeps said minor children for significant stretches of the day.”

The complaint alleges the Cici has intentions to take the children to South Carolina where she has family.

The court issued temporary custody of the children to the father, Richard Forrister, on May 26.
