FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The University of Central Arkansas Bears Track and Field sent athletes to the NCAA West Prelims in Fayetteville this week.
Tristan LaVan qualified for the quarterfinals with his time on Wednesday and competed in the 400m dash this evening. He placed 24
th in the quarterfinals with a time of 46.59, less than a second behind the last athlete to qualify for the first round.
As a junior,
Tristan LaVan has set the UCA record for the Indoor 600m and is a member of the men's 4x100 relay that set the Outdoor UCA record earlier this year.
