FLINT (WWJ)- A Genesee County man is behind bars, accused of sexually assaulting at least three children—and authorities fear there may be even more victims.

Bailey Michael Beckers, 23, is being held on a $470,000 bond after police say he lured in at least two of his victims on Snapchat, the youngest known victim being between the ages of 3 and 10.

Genesee County Sheriff Chris Swanson said that his office got a call on May 16 from Voices for Children-- a childcare agency in Flint that specializes in responding to claims of abuse, human trafficking, and neglect. The caller told the Sheriff’s Office they had a teen come into their agency recently, saying both she and her friend, ages 15, were sexually assaulted by the suspect.

He found them over Snapchat while playing video games, according to Swanson.

“He went in and said, 'my name is Mike. I’m a 17-year-old. I want to be your friend.' And that’s called grooming,” Swanson said. “And these two 15-year-olds thought, maybe this friend would be nice and do things for them. That didn’t happen.”

He invited the girls to his house off Lapeer Road in the I-69 corridor where he gave them alcohol, and marijuana and sexually assaulted them, authorities said.

“And he video-taped the whole thing,” Swanson added.

Beckers was eventually arrested with the help of the Genesee Human Oppression Strike Team (GHOST), and deputies began to speak with the families during the investigation.

“The families trusted us, so you know what they did, they said I think there’s more. And we found a third victim. That third victim between three and ten, three and ten!” Swanson said.

Swanson is putting out a call to parents to talk to their children if they live near the suspect or have any connection to him.

“Ask the little ones. Did it happen to you? Did he ever do that to you? Did he contact you on Snapchat…” Swanson said.

Beckers was charged with an eight-count felony and remains behind bars.

Swanson warned he may have multiple Snapchat profiles under many different names.

“We’ve seen it before, people see the image and say that happened to me. And we want you to come forward…” Swanson said.

If you believe you or a loved one may have been harmed by the suspect or you have any information that could help with the investigation, please call The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office at 810-257-3422 and request to speak to Detective Sgt Joshua Walker.
