TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – The Terre Haute Boys and Girls Club announced this week that Bobby Moore has been selected as its new CEO.
Moore has been involved with the club since his youth. He first got involved as a member and then continued to serve the club through various roles over the years.
He explained what the Terre Haute Boys and Girls Club means to him.
“The club provided a safe place to play sports and to hone my educational skills so that’s what we are striving to continue in the future, is to build collaboration with the kids in our community and then just provide whatever those kids may need in life,” says Moore.
He adds that he’s excited to continue the club’s mission.
“I always wanted to be a part of this community, be a part of the Boys and Girls Club. Now that I’m CEO, nothing changes, the hard work continues and we will continue to serve the community and serve the kids that come to our club,” says Moore.
