Police Beat for Friday, May 27th, 2022

A 27-year-old Centralia man has been arrested by Centralia Police for possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license. Jamar Young of Putter Drive in Centralia was taken to the Marion County Jail.

55-year-old Michael Ingles of Wortby Street in Odin was arrested by Odin Police for violation of an order of protection.

50-year-old Kurt Dunbar of South Sycamore in Centralia was arrested by Wamac Police on an outstanding Marion County felony failure to appear warrant for aggravated domestic battery and a Hamilton County traffic warrant. He remains in custody on a total of $23,000 bond.

38-year-old Jonathan Bailey of South Maple in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on a felony St. Clair County warrant for unlawful possession of firearm ammunition by a felon. He has been sent to the St. Clair County Jail.

72-year-old Richard Green of West Bond in Patoka was arrested on an outstanding Marion County failure to appear warrant in a domestic battery case. He posted $1,000 cash bond and was released.

A 44-year-old Odin man was released on personal recognizance bond after being arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies on a misdemeanor Marion County failure to appear warrant for violation of an order of protection.
