A Flagler County man is behind bars after officials say he threw coffee at and punched a 76-year-old man in the face.According to the Flagler County Sheriff's Office, 39-year-old Sean Ruel was at a Shell gas station on Palm Coast Parkway NE Sunday when became frustrated and threw coffee on the ground, splashing a 76-year-old man. Video shows the older man confronting Ruel and asking why he threw coffee on him. Deputies say Ruel then punched the victim in the face, knocking him to the ground and fleeing the area. The 76-year-old man was taken to the hospital. "Because this guy couldn't control his anger he battered a senior citizen and is lucky he did not seriously injure him," Sheriff Rick Staly said. "Our deputies did a great job to identify, locate and arrest Ruel for what he did to this senior in our community. We won't tolerate this kind of behavior."Ruel is charged with battery of a person over 65.
