The case against a man accused of killing Rory Teasley — known as TikTok performer “Too2pump4TV” — has been bound over to Oakland County Circuit Court for possible trial.

Following a recent preliminary exam in 50th District Court, Judge Michael Martinez determined there was enough evidence presented to advance the case against Docquen Jovo Watkins, 31, charged with second-degree murder for Teasley’s death on Jan. 6. Teasley was 28.

Watkins, reportedly Teasley’s boyfriend of 10 years, allegedly choked him to death during an argument over a video game at a home on Carter Street in Pontiac. According to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, Watkins and Teasley had been playing the game “Overwatch” when the argument began.

Watkins called 911 on Jan. 6 to report his boyfriend was “sleeping” on the couch following a fight between the two, according to the sheriff’s office. Deputies found Teasley unconscious and not breathing. He was taken to an area hospital and pronounced dead.

Teasley reportedly had 200,000 followers on TikTok.

Watkins is scheduled for a pretrial hearing June 15 before Oakland County Circuit Judge Michael Warren. He’s in the Oakland County Jail, denied bond.
