Dean McDermott and his ex-wife, Mary Jo Eustace, put on a united front at their son Jack’s college graduation Thursday.
The 23-year-old San Francisco State University grad was all smiles in a purple cap and gown with his divorced parents after the ceremony.
“So proud of this young man!!” McDermott, 55, captioned a family photo via Instagram. “He graduated SFSU today!! So grateful to take part in this celebration and journey with @jackmonty and @maryjoeustace.”
Eustace, 60, posted a picture of her own, captioned, “Bliss with the graduate. #love.”
Jack’s stepmom, Tori Spelling, did not appear to attend the ceremony. (She and McDermott have been at the center of split speculation since last year.)
McDermott and Eustace were married from 1993 to 2006. They made headlines earlier this week for reuniting on Jack’s Instagram Story.
“LOOK WHO’S HERE,” Jack captioned a video Wednesday of his parents talking over drinks at Bottle Club Pub in San Francisco.
Although the exes had a tumultuous split after McDermott cheated on Eustace with Spelling, they reconciled while celebrating Jack’s birthday in October 2019.
“We hadn’t talked in over three years,” the former “Chopped Canada” host told his “Daddy Issues” podcast listeners of the party the following month.
“We would get into this routine,” he explained. “She’d text me something or I’d text her and we’d get into this back and forth off just being nasty to each other. And then finally I go, ‘OK I have had enough.'”
Eustace also connected with her ex-husband’s current wife at the birthday bash, saying she and Spelling, 49, bonded “on a whole new level” over “incredible conversations.”
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum and McDermott wed in 2006 and share five children together: Liam, 15, Stella, 13, Hattie, 10, Finn, 9 and Beau, 5.
The “Tori & Dean” alums, whose marriage survived a 2013 infidelity scandal, sparked divorce rumors in June 2021 when Spelling revealed that they sleep in separate beds.
The actress was subsequently spotted without her wedding ring. McDermott has also ditched his own ring on multiple occasions.
In October 2021, Spelling was photographed outside a lawyer’s office holding a notepad notably featuring the words “custody,” “support” and “assets.”
Although the duo have remained mum about their relationship status, McDermott mentioned Spelling in a rare Instagram tribute in March.
“Happy International Women’s Day to these incredibly smart, creative, strong, fierce and funny Women. I’m so blessed to have you in my life,” he captioned sweet shots of the “Messyness” co-host and their daughters at the time. “I love you So Much!! #happyinternationalwomensday #luckyguy.”
