Well has big game, but SIU-E falls to Belmont in OVC Tournament—play elimination game this morning

SIU-E built up a lead against top seed Belmont in the Ohio Valley Conference tournament, but Belmont scored twice in the bottom of the 9th to get a come from behind, 10 to 9 win on Thursday morning in Lexington, Kentucky.  In the game, VCHS grad Richie Well was 3 for 4 with 2 RBI and a run scored.

Meanwhile, SIU-E was set to play their elimination game yesterday, but rain forced them to get canceled and they will now play SEMO at 10 am this morning in an elimination game as they will need a win to continue in the OVC Tournament.
