GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – A woman died following a shooting Thursday evening at a motel in Greenville County.
The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to the Days Inn Motel by Wyndham on Roper Mountain Road around 10:33 p.m. in reference to a woman who said she had been shot multiple times.
Deputies arrived at the scene and found a woman with at least one gunshot wound.
The woman was taken to the hospital where she died Friday, according to the Greenville County Coroner’s Office.
The coroner identified the victim as 23-year-old Katherine Calloway of Greenville.
