Some say Greensburg Community Days, underway now, is the real start of summer

Teenagers enjoy the “Sizzler” ride on Thursday, May 26 at Lynch Field during the 2022 Greensburg Community Days, a three-day annual event that many deem an official start to summer.

The three-day event that many deem an unofficial start to summer continues through Saturday evening at Lynch Field Park. It features food and craft vendors, live music, entertainment, a car cruise, fire department demonstrations and a fireworks show at 9:30 p.m. Saturday by Pyrotechnico. Admission is free.
