FLINT, MI – Flint police are investigating after the remains of an unknown woman were found in an abandoned building on Lapeer Road, near Dort Highway, Thursday morning.
Officers with the Flint Police Department responded to a building in the 3200 block of Lapeer Road around 9:30 a.m. Thursday, May 26.
Inside the building, Flint police reported finding a woman’s body. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
An investigation is ongoing.
Flint police were assisted at the scene by members of the Michigan State Police crime lab out of Bridgeport.
