Participants in high school musicals across Lehigh, Northampton and Warren counties are packing into Easton’s State Theatre for Thursday night’s Freddy Awards show.
The venerable theater literally rolled out the red carpet to welcome cast and crew, family and supporters on hand for the presentation of awards.
This year marks the return of the in-person Freddy Awards following virtual versions in 2020 and again in 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The ceremony begins at 7 p.m. at the State Theatre Center for the Arts on Northampton Street. It’ll also be broadcast live on WFMZ-TV 69 and live-streamed on the television station’s website.
