Authorities in Moore County are looking for burglars who broke into a shop in a resident's yard and stole a Jeep Wrangler, tools and a toolbox earlier this month in Dumas.
Dumas Police officers were called to an address in the 1100 block of Zauk Avenue on May 3 for a burglary.
The victim told officers that sometime after midnight the day before, one or more burglars broke into his shop behind his home.
He said some Milwaukee brand tools, a Milwaukee "Packout" toolbox and a black 2001 Jeep Wrangler were taken.
Officers have processed the scene and collected evidence with detectives able to develop potential leads but they are continuing to investigate.
Anyone with information that could help leading to the identification and arrest of the burglars is asked to call the Dumas Police Department at (806) 935-3998, Moore County Crime Stoppers at (806) 935-8477 or online through P3 Tips.
