Two schools in Martin County School District were on a "code yellow" lockdown until dismissal as deputies search for a man with a knife in the vicinity.
Deputies said Felix Williams Elementary School and Jensen Beach High School are under lockdown as a precaution at this time.

The man threatened his mother with the knife during a domestic dispute before running away and was seen in the woods near the area of the schools, deputies said.
Deputies and the school district are in communication at this time.
Deputies reiterated there was no direct threat to either school.
