GRUNDY COUNTY—A Missouri teen was injured in an accident just before 7:30p.m. Wednesday in Grundy County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1997 Dodge Ram driven by a 17-year-old boy from Chillicothe was northbound on NW 22nd Avenue one mile north of Trenton.
The pickup began to slide, traveled off the east side of the road, struck a ditch and rolled.
Grundy County EMS transported the teen to Wright Memorial Hospital and later he was transferred to St. Luke's on the Plaza. The teen was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
