Memorial Day closures in Lane County

Here's what's closed and open for Memorial Day, Monday, May 30, in Lane County:

• Schools: Closed.
• University of Oregon: Closed.
• Lane Community College: Closed.
• Lane Transit District: Buses will operate on its Sunday schedule for Memorial Day. The Customer Service Center is open 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.; administrative offices are closed.
• Libraries: Eugene and Springfield public libraries are closed.
• Banks: Closed.
• Mail: No service.
• Eugene Public Works: No work will be done on city street repair projects.
• State and city government offices: Closed.
• Trash pickup: One-day delay through the week for Lane Apex, Royal Refuse and Sanipac. Ecosystems Transfer on regular schedule.
• Stock Market: Closed.
• Eugene parking: City-managed parking garages, surface lots and on-street meters in Eugene will be free on May 30, except for the train depot surface lot. On-street parking limits in the Arena District surrounding Matt Knight Arena are still in effect at all times.
• Willamalane: All closed except Splash! at Lively Park, open 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a special waterpark swim and Camp Putt: Open, noon to 7 p.m.
• Amazon Pool: Closed for maintenance and will open June 6.
• Echo Hollow Pool and Fitness Center: Open from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for lap swim and 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. for recreation swim.
• Department of Motor Vehicles: Closed.
• Airport: Open. Administrative offices will be closed.
