A third person has now been arrested in connection to the shooting death of Mingo County woman, Teresa Harmon.

 

Officials with the Mingo County Sheriff’s Office say that Brittany Garlock was arrested in Charleston. She is facing a charge for accessory after the fact.

 

Teresa Harmon was shot to death inside of her home in Ragland on March 31st. Investigators conclude that she was shot in the back of the head.

 

Harmon’s nephew, Chase Prater, was arrested on charges of first-degree murder. He is also facing charges for conspiracy to commit murder. Additionally, Alex Dewayne Likens was arrested in May and is also facing charges for first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
