Two NJPW stars appeared on tonight's episode of AEW Dynamite.
During the Ring of Honor World Tag Team Championship Match between FTR and Roppongi Vice, Jeff Cobb and Great-O-Khan stormed the ring and attacked both teams causing a disqualification. The United Empire members would leave all four men laying in their wake before grabbing the ROH World Tag Team Titles and holding them high above their heads in the middle of the ring.
Cobb and Great-O-Khan are former IWGP World Tag Team Champions, recently losing the titles at Wrestling Dontaku on May 1, 2022. With AEW Double or Nothing this weekend and AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door scheduled for June 26, it seems like only a matter of time before we see FTR face off against United Empire.
