Mingo County man accused of assaulting government employee

MINGO COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) —
Deputies in Mingo County reported arresting a Delbarton man in North Matewan on Wednesday.

Rush Dials, 34, was charged with assault of a government employee and brandishing a deadly weapon, according to a social media post from the Mingo County Sheriff’s Office.
Dials has been transported to Southwestern Regional Jail to await court proceedings.
