It’s the end of an era, folks. Last night, we said goodbye to the Pearsons, a TV family we’ve come to know and love over the last six seasons on This Is Us. The NBC family-drama premiered in September 2016 and has been earning the hearts, laughter, and tears of viewers around the world ever since. This Is Us follows Pearson siblings Kevin (Justin Hartley), Kate (Chrissy Metz), and Randall (Sterling K. Brown), AKA the “Big 3,” and their parents Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) and Rebecca (Mandy Moore) as they experience the heartbreaks, successes, and major moments of life together through flashbacks and flashforwards.

People wanting some big grand dramatic send off episode are missing the entire point of the show. Life, like the finale, at the end comes down to a random collection of stories and small moments. Those small things are what we are. Not the big ones. #ThisIsUs
