Shamion sets new school record for 200 meter dash

West Iron County sophomore, Danica Shamion set a new school record in the 200 meter on May 16 in Houghton at the Copper Country Invite with a time of 26.57. The previous record of 26.82 was set exactly five years ago by Emmy Kinner. Danica currently holds the records for the 100, 200 and 400 at the Copper Country Invite.
