A victim was taken to the hospital after being shot in Arnold, Westmoreland County.The shooting happened around 7:30 p.m. in the area of the Arnold Manor High-Rise on Horne Boulevard.The condition of the injured person has not been released.Police said a man was taken into custody after a brief chase in the area of the shooting and a gun was found in the man's backpack.However, charges have not been filed as of early Wednesday morning.
