London-based label HADAS has revealed its first collection, aiming to recontextualize the humble sock from being just an accessory. The brand takes its name from a translation of the Greek god Háides and a reference to “the unseen,” highlighting HADAS’ approach to socks.

Every item in the collection is made in Italy using the highest quality cotton, while designs feature a number of graphic patterns with bright colors, geometric shapes and HADAS branding. Additionally, the debut collection features a range of more classic sock designs. The label’s pillars logo brings in another influence, and is inspired by the interference pattern the double slit experiment.

The collection features seven styles and 12 colorways, and is available now via the HADAS web store and before releasing through select stockists such as Goodhood.

In other fashion news, Stüssy and HUF presented a new collaboration in celebration of Keith Hufnagel.
