On May 18, an officer served an arrest warrant on 26-year-old Trevonte Whittemore at the Graves County Probation and Parole Office. Whittemore was placed under arrest without incident, and transported to the Graves County Restricted Custody Center, charged with Failure to Appear in Graves County District Court.
Also on May 18, an Officer served an arrest warrant on 26-year-old Zachary Courtney at the Graves County Probation and Parole Office. Courtney was transported to the Graves County Restricted Custody Center, charged with Non-Payment of Court Costs out of Calloway County.
On May 25, Mayfield Police Department Officers served a Graves County Indictment Warrant on Cole Delk, 20, of Mayfield. Delk was placed under arrest, and charged with Burglary 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief First Degree. Delk was transported to the Graves County Restricted Custody Center, where he was able to post bond, and be released.
Edward Ellegood, 47, of Mayfield, was arrested on a warrant out of Graves County for Bail Jumping Second Degree. He was transported by Graves County Jail staff to Ballard County Detention Center.
Joshua Courtney, 47, of Mayfield, was arrested following a traffic stop. Courtney was found to have an active arrest warrant out of Graves County District Court for Bail Jumping Second Degree. Courtney was additionally cited into court for Failure to or Improper Signal, and Operating on a Suspended or Revoked Operator’s License. Courtney was lodged in the Ballard County Jail.
