The projected SEC win totals for the 2022 college football season are now updated on VegasInsider.com. As of Sunday evening, Alabama football, while completely unsurprising, is tied with Georgia for having the highest win total at 10.5 games. In fact, they’re two of only four teams in the country with that projection.

The other two are Ohio State and Clemson.

Meanwhile, the next highest SEC teams are Texas A&M and Kentucky with an 8.5-game win total. Vanderbilt, which sits on the opposite end of that spectrum, has a win total of just 2.5 games. After going 2-19 over the last two seasons combined, that number sounds about right.

As for Alabama, that 10.5 mark might be a little low.

First off, the Crimson Tide returns its head coach and both coordinators. Plus, the top returning offensive (Bryce Young) and defensive (Will Anderson) players in college football will be in Tuscaloosa this fall. Throw in the No. 2 recruiting class and one of the nation’s top transfer portal hauls, and this team is capable of winning a lot of games.

But with road games against Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, LSU and Ole Miss, I guess 10.5 makes sense.

Below, you’ll find win totals for every SEC team, plus a few other notable programs across college football.
