Marion Samuel “Sam” Sites, age 50 of Sitka, Kentucky passed away Monday, May 23, 2022 at the UK Healthcare Facility in Lexington.

Born September 19, 1971 in Johnon County, he was the son of the late Frank Sites and Mary Belle Tackett.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Friday, May 27, 2022 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Sites Family Cemetery at Sitka, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 4:00pm to 9:00pm Wednesday, 9:00am to 9:00pm Thursday and until the time of service on Friday. Robert Blanton will officiate.
