Gemma Collins has had to pull out of her upcoming role in Chicago due to injury.
The former TOWIE star was set to take on the role of prison guard Matron 'Mama' Morton for a UK tour.
But just seven days before opening night, the former I'm A Celebrity star has had to drop out following a knee injury.
A statement said: "Gemma Collins' management have informed the producers of Chicago she will no longer be appearing in the UK Tour of the show due to a knee injury.
"The producers of Chicago wish Gemma all the best for the future."
It's thought the injury she sustained in Dancing On Ice in 2019 has flared up again, causing her to be advised to leave the show.
Although Gemma hasn't publicly commented on it yet, she did recently share a clip of herself having ice therapy on her knee.
"Early morning session for my knee. I can't describe the pain," she captioned it.
"The swelling is next level," she added. "My leg has ballooned with my knee. Hopefully this will take the swelling down."
Producer David Ian previously said of the GC's performance: "We were completely stunned by Gemma's audition for the role.
"She's an undeniable force both on and off stage, and we can't wait to see her portrayal of 'Mama Morton' on tour. Audiences across the country are in for a treat."
Collins recently spoke about the rumours she's returning to Australia to take part in the upcoming All Stars series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here.
"I haven't heard about it," she said.
"I just don't feel that I need to go to extremes anymore on TV for people's entertainment," she added.
