OSHKOSH (WLUK) -- A Winnebago County park show off some 'paw-sitive' improvements Tuesday.
New additions were unveiled at the Best Friends Dog Park, a fenced in area within Winnebago County Park in Oshkosh.
Following a ribbon-cutting ceremony, dogs were able to sniff out the new tunnel and the refurbished memorial area.
The work was done by Oshkosh North High School students for their Communities class.
“There were a lot of projects that were presented but in the end, we all decided that we love dogs and personally, my dog comes here all the time so we wanted to make something that was going to keep us on our toes but also get us going and doing something that was going to make a difference," said junior, Sophia Rommelfanger.
The students spent two months on the improvements.
