15 dead in Texas elementary school shooting
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – UPDATE: 14 students and a teacher are confirmed dead after a shooting at a Texas elementary school, Gov. Greg Abbott says.
He also confirmed that the shooter, 18-year-old Salvador Ramos, has died. Ramos was reportedly a student at Uvalde High School.
The suspect also allegedly shot his grandmother before going to the school, according to Abbott.

As many as 14 people died in a Texas school shooting, according to federal law enforcement.
One suspect has been taken into custody, Uvalde Police say.
About a dozen students were transported to Uvalde Memorial Hospital.
Two other patients were transferred to San Antonio for treatment and a third was pending transfer, according to the hospital.
Uvalde Mayor Don McLaughlin told ABC News in a text that “this is a very bad situation.”
