Weekend traffic stop turns up loaded syringes

A weekend traffic stop uncovered two syringes loaded with meth. The Pickens County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on a Ford truck Sunday evening, after it was seen with just one working headlight on Saluda Dam Road.

The driver later identified as Dennis Dean Freeman did not have his license on hand, he and a passenger were then asked to exit the truck. A search then ensued and a Deputy found two loaded syringes near the driver's side door. Freeman was taken into custody, he's charged with Possession Of Methamphetamine.
