Second Jeremiah's Italian Ice coming to St. Johns County in World Golf Village

Jeremiah’s Italian Ice to open a new shop at 124 Capulet Drive in St. Augustine.

Jeremiah's Italian Ice will continue its expansion in North Florida with its second site in St. Johns County. 

The frozen treat franchise received a building permit for a new St. Augustine site just off State Road 16, east of Murabella Parkway. 

The new St. Augustine location at 124 Capulet Drive, Suite 105, is 1,547 square feet in the former Mattress Plus store. It is across S.R. 16 from the future Publix GreenWise Market in Shoppes at World Commerce Center on International Golf Parkway.

The building's owner is Hope Sound I LLC of Lake Mary.

The first St. Johns County site is at 1185 St. Johns Parkway, Suite 3 in St. Johns.
